Prakash Thakur

After spending many years training in the Camp Ramah Nyack kitchen and learning from incredible industry professionals, Prakash Thakur later gained incredible business experience while working as a Business Coordinator and a Senior Financial Analyst. He quickly realized that his passion was at the intersection of combining his love of food and logistics with his business education and training. With this, founder Prakash Thakur was inspired to open The PST Collective.

The PST Collective food model was built upon the idea that camp and shabbaton food can be delicious and beautifully presented while working within the clients’ budgets.

The PST Collective understands the importance of food within the Jewish tradition and is committed to using boundless creativity and resourcefulness to give you a divine culinary experience.

In addition to overseeing the Kolot culinary experience, Prakash also oversees many of our logistics throughout Kolot Hayam and helps to facilitate the Kolot Council experience. Prakash can't wait for another delicious Kolot Hayam experience!
